Most of the time having a GLBT parent is no big deal.  You want to create your own life and do the things you've always wanted to do.  You are ready to step it up and start owning your right to create "the next best thing" (instead of just dreaming about it).  Except, you aren't sure what those steps are yet and you want someone to work with that can understand your background and support you in figuring it all out.

That's What Amazing Steps and Rainbow In Me is all about.  Working with people to take the steps necessary in creating an Amazing life.

As the daughter of a lesbian, I have had my own experiences with trying to separate myself from my Mom, her community, and everything she stood for.  I then went through a phase of sharing my background with everyone I met.  Finally, I've realized that my Mom's lifestyle is HERS and I have my own lifestyle that I create myself.

Now, I want to work with others, like me, to create their own lifestyle.  Whether their parents' sexuality affects it or not.
